The fact that this is real life and not some alternate reality TV show timeline is baffling, stifling, and disgusting. Trump and JD Vance are dangerous figures who should never be in positions of power. They lack any real understanding of science, the environment, geopolitical tensions, or even business. Using double-speak and endlessly doubling, tripling, or quadrupling down on lies does not make them true.

If this country is to survive and while I don't doubt that it will, the version that emerges may be unrecognizable or even shattered. I honestly don’t know. I’m not giving up, but this is a cry into the void. If you care about anything, stop hiding, stop waiting do something. Do whatever is in your power.
